Dear respected Patrons, and well wishers of St Aloysius' High School,
I am very much honoured and delighted to be a part of St. Aloysius High School and to associate with this magnificent portal of knowledge and education, in the capacity of a Manager. I would like to place on record the hard work of all the former Managers and the Principals who served this Institution with utmost dedication. The real education is for the development of faculties of human beings. In addition, that is where St. Aloysius High School aims to build an environment where the students foster spiritual, cultural, social, physical and academic excellence.
I am really impressed by the resilience and compassion demonstrated by teachers, students and parents even during these unprecedented times and I wholeheartedly thank the parents for their constant support and cooperation in all the decisions the school makes for the well-being of the students.
We accentuate learning by synergy and collaboration and this surely comes with a positive attitude towards life. Students here have been given a voice and avenue to express their knowledge, dream big and achieve big. We set standards rooted in value-based education that makes our students responsible citizens and accountable leaders who can uplift the entire society to newer heights with a renewed vision.
“A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done.” Vince Lombardi
I wish you the blessing of a positive attitude, which we also try to build in our students. We, at St. Aloysius High School strive to provide a platform where a child is holistically educated, encompassing physical (physiological), mental (cognitive), social, emotional (psychological) and spiritual growth. We aim that our students became a resource for tomorrow.
Looking forward to a healthy and constant innovative learning in the future! May the Lord Almighty shield all of us from all sicknesses and diseases, and grant good health, peace and prosperity!
With Warm Regards,
Rev.Fr.SebastianFrancis (Babu)
MANAGER
Dear respected Patrons, and well wishers of St Aloysius' High School,
At the very outset, it is my proud privilege to greet you, with warm prayerful best wishes
and choicest showers of blessings from the almighty God.
I have been enquiring from a number of parents and guardians, when they had an option to make,
then, why did they desire to seek admissions their children and wards at St Aloysius. Their
quick and spontaneous response was that they could not find another school like St Aloysius,
known for its name, fame and good repute. Further they said that it is one of the best schools
of Kanpur, especially for boys, known for academic, curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular
activities combined with the flavour of discipline, devotion and dedication with which the
management and teaching faculty is committed to take care the welfare of the students. The
School campus is surrounded by lush green grass, trees, and flowers, adding to the harmony
of an echo friendly peaceful atmosphere in the heart of Kanpur Cantonment. It has massive
play grounds with indoor and out door sports facilities. The students are taught skills and
techniques in good health, hygiene, and are exposed to develop compassionate love for the
poor and the down trodden both in urban and rural areas through social and inter social activities.
This is an age of achievement, provided one perseveres in whatever he or she tries. It is
said that success is sold in the open market. You and I can buy it, in fact any one can buy
it provided one is willing to pay a price. Great men were not great when they were born nor
when they started their career, but made themselves great by learning, learning and learning.
As once Leonardo Da Vinci the great Italian artist and scientist remarked  “Iron rusts from
disuse, stagnant water loses its purity and in the cold weather water becomes frozen; even
so does inaction sap the vigour of the mind”.
Have not the people seen for ages, apples falling from the trees? But surprisingly, Isaac
Newton observed it and he discovered the law of gravity. Christopher Columbus charted a course
in an unknown ocean and Thomas Edison the idea of electric bulb .The great monuments of the
centuries - the pyramids were built on the plains of Egypt. Hilary and Tensing Norgay scaled
the Himalayan mountains to reach the top of the Everest. Hence one can develop the skills
to answer all the queries of life and the sky is the limit. To quote former president of India,
Mr Abdul Kalam “Dreams are not those you get when you sleep, but dreams
are those that don’t let you sleep”.
Our humble endeavour at St. Aloysius has been to encourage and prepare our students, in every
way to face the difficult challenges of today, boldly and whole heartedly.
We gratefully acknowledge your trust and confidence deposed in St Aloysius College, by giving
us an opportunity to serve you and your children in a better way. Once again, I wish all the
students, parents and guardians better cooperation and great success.
Rev. Fr. K. K. Antony
Yours Sincerely.
